What you are buying
Everything sold here is a self-reflection and coaching product. The Soul Map is a personalized document. The Pre-Work Intensive is a live coaching session. Stripped Back is a group coaching container. The Narrative Loom is a reflection deck.
What it is not
None of it is therapy, counselling, medical advice, psychological treatment, financial advice or legal advice. I am not a licensed therapist, physician, financial advisor or lawyer, and I do not present myself as one anywhere.
Astrology and Human Design are interpretive frameworks, not science. I am not certified in either. I use them as background tools for interpretation, never as diagnosis or prediction. Take what fits and leave what does not.

No guarantees
I do not guarantee any specific outcome, result or income. I make no income claims at all. What you get out of this depends on what you put into it, and on a lot of things in your life that neither of us controls. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for the decisions you make.
Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken by my store provider. I never see or store your full card number.
Refunds on digital products
This covers the Soul Map, You Left Yourself Out, and The Narrative Loom.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on digital products. They are delivered to you immediately, they cannot be returned, and once you have the file you keep it. That is the trade, and it is why I put so much on the sales page about what each thing is, what it is not, and who it is not for. I would rather you decide not to buy than buy and feel stuck with it.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, for not getting round to using it, or for a result you hoped for and did not get.
The Pre-Work Intensive
Sessions are booked after payment and the fee is non-refundable.
You can reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not show up, the session is used. Life happens and I am a human being about genuine emergencies, but the policy is the policy so that everyone gets treated the same.
Programs and payment plans
This applies to Stripped Back and to anything else sold as a multi-month container.
- A payment plan is not a subscription. It is one price, split up. Enrolling means you owe the full amount.
- If you stop participating, disengage, or leave before the balance is paid, you are still responsible for the full amount.
- Missed or failed payments suspend your access to calls, materials and the community until the account is current again.
- Unpaid balances may be sent to collections, and you may be responsible for the costs of recovering them.
If something goes wrong, email me before you go to your bank. A dispute filed without talking to me first turns a solvable problem into a formal process for both of us. You always keep whatever rights your card issuer gives you. I would just rather hear from you.
Your copy is yours, and only yours
Your Soul Map is built for you and licensed for your personal use. Please do not resell it, redistribute it, or share it as a template. Everything on this site and in the products, including the writing, the frameworks and the Narrative Loom card content, belongs to Jaimie Kozyra.
Group container conduct
Stripped Back runs in a small group. What is said in the group stays in the group. Anyone who breaks that, or who treats another woman in the cohort badly, can be removed, and removal for conduct does not come with a refund or release you from the remaining balance.
