Who I am

This site is operated by Jaimie Kozyra, trading as Jaimie Kozyra, based in Manitoba, Canada. You can reach me at hello@jaimiekozyra.com.

What I collect

  • Your email address and first name, when you sign up for the free guide, the newsletter or a waitlist.
  • What you write me, when you use the contact form.
  • Birth date, birth time, birth city and country, if you buy a Soul Map. I need these to build it. I do not need or want anything else.
  • Purchase details, handled by my payment processor. I never see or store your full card number.

What I do with it

I use your information to deliver what you asked for, to answer you, and to send emails you have opted into. I do not sell your information. I do not trade it. I do not hand it to anyone who is not directly involved in delivering the thing you bought.

Who else touches it

The services I use to run this business can see the data you give them. Those are: Brevo (my email list), Beacons (my store and checkout), and Netlify (the company that hosts this site). Each has its own privacy policy. I do not use analytics, and there is no tracking pixel on this site.

How long I keep it

Email subscribers stay on my list until they unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as Canadian tax and business record rules require. Soul Map birth details are kept with your order for one year after I deliver your map. You can ask me to delete them sooner and I will.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will action it. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it, and that link always works.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics and no tracking pixel. If you sign up for my email list, that goes to Brevo, and Brevo may set its own cookies on its own pages. If I ever add analytics, this section changes with it.

Children

This site and everything sold on it is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
