I am still in it.
Just further down
the road than you are.
I read patterns for a living, and I have been doing it my entire life, long before I had a word for it. I read my own the same way I read yours.
Being further down the same road is not a weakness in what I do. It is why I can see what is coming before you can.
In the messy middle. A different decade, a different thing that took me apart and handed back a different set of beliefs and skills.
Building in the online space. Long enough to know what works, recent enough to remember what it feels like to have no idea.
Aligned active new followers from social media in the past 12 months. That's where most of what I notice comes from.
Life coach. Addictions and community service worker. Trained to hold what comes up when someone finally says the truth out loud.
In short
The short version
I didn't wake up one morning and think, I'm going to become this new woman. No. Life happened.
Still in it, just further down the road than you are.
I have been building an online business for 4 years, strategizing and pivoting along the way. But reading people, seeing the pattern underneath what someone is actually saying, I have done this my entire life. It was never a business decision. This is how my unconscious brain works, and it turned out to be one of my most useful skills.
Pattern recognition is the product. Everything else is delivery.
I am a certified life coach, and a certified addictions and community service worker. Those took real work, and they gave me the training to hold what comes up when someone finally says the truth out loud. What I bring to the table is also having lived it, and being able to see the patterns you are standing inside of, because I have stood there too.
The past seven years started with my divorce, and what followed was a complete life implosion. It was the toughest, scariest and darkest period of my life. It was also the most transformational.
Before 2021, alcohol was how I got out of the life I was living without actually leaving it. On December 5, 2021, I had a profound spiritual moment I can't fully explain, and it changed my relationship with alcohol for the better.
In August 2023 my brother-in-law died of an overdose. I lived with PTSD after it, and the two and a half years that followed were rough. Fired 3 times in 12 months, which is how I ended up knowing what financial poverty actually feels like.
All of it was grief. Not just him. The jobs, the friendships, the life I thought I was building, and the woman I'd been up until then. It went all at once.
Life has a way of stripping us back, consciously or unconsciously, and it stripped me back in every area of the life wheel. What I found underneath is what this whole business is built on.
I'm not healed, and I don't think anyone fully is. I'd be suspicious of me if I said otherwise. I'm living the identity lag right now.
I'm not standing somewhere you can't get to. I'm the same woman you are, standing on a different layer.
What's under the training
What I have actually lived through
My training taught me how to hold it. Living it taught me how to spot it.
Fired three times in one year
If you want to know what that does to a woman's sense of her own competence, ask me, because I can tell you in detail.
Sobriety
December 2021. This is the month I stopped negotiating with myself and started collecting real evidence that I could handle hard things.
Single motherhood
Raising 2 kids under 5 while rebuilding yourself is not a season you optimize. It is a thing you survive, and then one day notice you are doing well.
Rebuilding, more than once
The business and the woman running it. Both. I have taken both apart and put back together, which is why I know it can be done on purpose with strategy instead of by accident.
A real financial scare
I chased the make money online game before it paid off and it cost me. It is exactly why I will never sell you an income promise. Not one. Ever.
Still in the middle of it
I am in the same transition I guide other women through, and I am further along it than you are. I do not pretend to have my sh*t together. I do know exactly what I am doing.
The through line
Why I do this
I spent decades becoming who everyone else needed. Mask after mask, and not one of them was mine.
Some of that I agreed to at the time and then outgrew. Some of it landed on me at five years old and I never had a say. Either way, none of it got examined.
What I do now is help women see their trueness and strip back the masks that were never theirs, so they recognize themselves again and live in personal alignment.
That through-line has not changed once, through every pivot this business has ever taken.
The most expensive thing you own is an identity that doesn't fit.
Leading action-taking women 40+ navigating the messy middle blindly, to a life where they finally recognize themselves and live in personal alignment. My mission, stated boldly
I know how to take you deeper into yourself than you’ve been on your own.
The arrangement
How I work
I open the door. I lead, I bring the tools and the perspective and the lived wisdom, and I create the space for you to understand yourself. I will challenge you inside that space.
You walk through. You do the work, you make the choices, you take the action, and you build your own evidence that you can trust yourself.
I will not fix you. I will not carry you. I will not make your decisions. Not because I am withholding, but because a decision I make for you builds exactly zero self-trust, and self-trust is the entire thing you came here for.
About self-trust
100% self-trust is not the goal. Nobody has that. The goal is trusting yourself enough to move forward.
And self-trust does not come from thinking. It comes with little action steps. You did not think your way into trusting yourself, you moved little by little, and you collected evidence that you could handle hard things.
- I can survive really hard things.
- I can keep going when I do not know what happens next.
- I am resilient. I am determined.
- I can protect what matters to me.
- I am going to be okay.
And TRUE self-trust is the reason you were led here.
The part nobody teaches
When a decision does not work out
A decision that does not work out is not automatically a wrong decision.
The outcome gives you new information and perspective. Something may need to end, or change, or just needs a tweak. Or you find out you want something different than you thought you did.
What you do not do is turn that outcome into evidence that you cannot trust yourself. That move right there is what keeps women stuck for years.
I made the best decision I could with what I knew. It did not work out. Okay. Now what?
The real problem
On adjusting yourself
The problem is not that women adjust. Adjustment is part of being human.
The problem is when the adjusting becomes so constant that you lose touch with what is actually yours. The more you adjust away from what you know, want, feel and value, the harder it gets to hear yourself at all.
Eventually you cannot tell the difference between your own voice and the echo of everyone else's.
Honest about the tools
Where astrology and Human Design fit
They are tools. They are not the message, and they are not the product.
I use them the way you would use a map in unfamiliar country. They help explain why you are the way you are, and what your natural skills and talents actually are. The map explains the terrain. You still choose the route.
What I do is interpretation, not diagnosis or prediction. I will not tell you what is going to happen and I will not hand you a guarantee. What I will do is name what I see with more precision than you have heard it named before, and then it is yours to work with.
I do not provide addiction treatment, counselling or clinical care, and nothing I offer is therapy. If you need that kind of support, please go and get it from a licensed practitioner.

The Soul Map is the best first step. It is the mirror, and a mirror only works once you are actually looking.
