Short videos, most days. This is where I actually am.
Twice a month, I write down the patterns I'm seeing. In the women I work with, in the messages I get, and in myself.
No daily inbox clutter. No countdown theatre. Two notes a month, with something actually worth saying, written the way I'd say it out loud.
Most of what you'll read is a pattern named before you'd have named it yourself. Why the same thing keeps happening. What's underneath the thing you think is the problem. What it costs to keep not looking at it.
Like the fact that you can name exactly what's wrong with your life in one sentence, and still can't say what you want instead. Or that the thing you keep calling laziness has a start date. Or that you already made the decision months ago and you're just waiting for permission you're never going to get.
I'm in the messy middle too. That's why I recognize it so fast.
Twice a month. No inbox takeover.
It is not what you are using. It is what you are letting it replace.
Keep the tools. Keep the mentors. Keep the frameworks that work. Just stop letting them stand in for a foundation you never built. Incorporate, do not overhaul. Keep what is yours. Put down what isn't.
